Oneplus Gypsum
Oneplus Gypsum is a processed Gypsum-based Wall Plaster ideal for internal plastering on bricks , blocks or RCC. It consists of pure gypsum Hemihydrate formulated with special additives to control application and setting characteristics. It provided a super white surface and smooth finish. It delivers premium quality and is eco-friendly as per the relevant international standards.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
In a clean bucket pour approximately 7 Ltrs of clean water per 25kg Gypsum powder bag. (Water and Gypsum Powder ratio is 0.65 – 0.70:1.0)
Empty the Gypsum powder bag into the bucket and let it soak for 1 minute.
Mix the content either mechanically or manually till it reaches homogenous mixture.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Instruction 1
The background to be plastered should be thoroughly brushed with a broom to remove dust and loose mortar on the existing wall surface. For ceilings, it is most important that the concrete slab should be clean, dry and free from mould oil. It is advisable to wet the wall and ceiling surface to achieve good workability.
Instruction 2
Always mix powder to water and not water to powder. It should be thoroughly mixed and should be free from limps and foreign materials before use. Normally consistency or water Plaster ratio of the Plaster should be 0.65-0.70 i.e. for 1000 grams of powder 650-700 grams of water is recommended for better performance.
Instruction 3
Only the required material should be prepared, as per the area of application is ready to Plaster. Set plaster shortens the setting time and thus reduces the workability.
Instruction 4
Do not add water to delay the setting time, after the initial setting time is completed, as the material will loose its bonding properties and strength.
Instruction 5
It is suggested that Plaster of Paris masons to do good workmanship as compared to pop works. For top coat after applying of Gypsum Plaster., a thin coat of same material should be prepare, in paste form and should be applied by using putty blade to provide a smooth finish, do not apply water brush on the finished surface.
Instruction 6
After complete drying (which depends on the thickness of the Plaster applied), usually 3-4 days, the surface can be painted with any water soluble paint, such as emulsion point, except cement point.
Instruction 7
Do not apply Gypsum while temperature is below freezing. Ideal Teamperature for application is 5° to 45°.
