Oneplus GYP BOND
Oneplus Gyp Bond is ready- to-use high strength elastomeric green colour granular coating for bonding Gypsum / cement Plaster & concrete etc. It enables dual benefits of mechanical & chemical bonding , which eliminates the labour-intensive hacking process and the risk of Plaster de-bonding.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix material properly with a clean rod to properly distribute solid particles in the solution and stir well before use.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation :
Surface must be structurally sound and should be clean , dry and free from mold oil or any other agents. Any faults in the structure , particularly those which may lead to moisture penetration , must be rectified. Apply a small test patch and allow to dry thoroughly to check for peeling or curling
Application :
Thoroughly stir Oneplus Gyp Bond before using. Apply by roller or brush making certain to leave a thin (0.25 to 0.455 mm) and continous film, Oneplus Gyp Bond should be applied in vertical and horizontal position for better spread of aggregates. Leave it to dry for at least 24 Hours.
Note : Cold or humid conditions will increase drying time.
Cleaning :
Wash the tools immediately with clean water. Dried material may become difficult to remove.
LIMITATIONS
Mix the content either mechanically or manually till it reaches homogenous mixture.
• Do not use in areas where permanent dampness is likely.
• Do not use on new cement, not fully cured.
• Do not use when temperature is below 5°C.
• Do not use for external applications.
